Role details and requirements
Provide administrative support, including typing, minute taking, filing, data inputting, maintenance and management of information held by the Glebe Centre, as may be required.
Answering calls, both at the door and on the telephone, and directing enquiries to the appropriate staff, booking appointments or other required services.
Undertake Reception Cover duties ensuring all Centre users, including staff and visitors, sign in and out of the building.
Experience of administrative/reception type roles would be beneficial.
