About the Roles
We are looking for enthusiastic young people who want to get involved in radio, podcasting, digital media, and content creation. Whether you want to be on-air, behind the scenes, or online, there’s a role for you.
You don’t need any previous experience - just curiosity, commitment, and a willingness to learn.
Volunteer Opportunities
🎙 On-Air & Creative Roles
- Radio Presenter – Host or co-host live or pre-recorded radio shows
- Podcaster – Develop, record, and edit podcasts on topics you care about
- Music Programmer / DJ – Curate playlists and introduce new music
- Interviewer / Reporter – Conduct interviews, vox pops, and features
🎧 Behind-the-Scenes Roles
- Producer – Plan shows, support presenters, and manage content
- Sound Technician – Operate studio equipment and support recordings
- Editor – Edit audio for radio shows, podcasts, and online platforms
- Researcher / Content Planner – Help develop ideas and scripts
📱 Digital & Media Roles
- Social Media Manager – Create posts, stories, and reels for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and X
- Content Creator – Film, edit, and design digital content
- Marketing & Promotions Volunteer – Help promote shows, events, and campaigns
- Website / Blog Contributor – Write articles, reviews, or updates
