Our expert team have been providing bespoke intervention to new and existing communities for over 10 years. We aim to ensure everyone feels welcome and part of their home; their community. We speak over 15 community languages and work in close partnership with other services and professionals to meet the needs of our clients. Assisting new and existing individuals, families and communities across the Black Country and Birmingham, specialising in supporting those from EU, EEA and Roma heritage.
We are looking for:
- Team Leader – Full Time: A inspirational leader, with the abilities, skills and experience of managing front line teams, delivering support services and engaging with professionals. A confident and friendly individual who understands the needs, challenges and barriers faced by vulnerable individuals. Creative and solution focused, with demonstrable ability to remain calm, organised and motivated when under pressure.
- Monitoring Officer – Part Time: A skilled and confident individual who values the importance of evidence based practice. Excellent written skills, with the ability to generate reports, presentations and analyse data to demonstrate outcomes, outputs and wider social impact. A creative and driven individual who can support the front line and management team to highlight the added social value of Nash Dom CIC.
- Development Officer – Part Time: A unique individual with demonstrable knowledge and experience of leading the growth, progress and development of third sector organisations. Ability to fundraise, bid write and ensure we are active in applying for all eligible funding opportunities to meet the needs of our beneficiaries and the wider community. A self motivated, passionate and creative individual with excellent written skills.
- Volunteer Coordinator —Part Time: A welcoming and positive individual with clear understanding of volunteer leadership, policies and procedures. A inspiring individual with excellent organisational skills and ability to develop others.
