One Walsall will be delivering a training session focused on helping you understand why Project Management matters in the Voluntary Sector.

Strong project management helps voluntary organisations deliver greater impact. With much of the sector’s work being project-based and resources often limited, effective planning and delivery are essential to achieving goals and meeting growing demand.

When projects succeed, communities benefit.

This training session will provide you with the information and sources of data that will help you to understand:

• What is project planning, and why is it important
• Key elements of a project plan
• Getting started on a project plan
• Managing risk
• Measuring outcomes

It will also provide an opportunity to network, meet and share ideas with other organisations.
