Being an effective trustee training
About the trainer
Geoff Willcocks owes his expertise in Third Sector governance and delivery to his many years spent at the Trustee ‘coal face’. A veteran of over 12 charity and CIC boards, Geoff now uses this experience to help others build and successfully sustain boards of Trustees, ensuring positive outcomes and opportunities for the people and organisations of the Midlands.
Workshop
The “Being an Effective Trustee” workshop explores the responsibilities of Trusteeship and the expectations that should be placed upon Trustees for the effective operation of the organisation and the fulfilment of its objectives. Using real world scenarios, this interactive workshop aims to equip organisations, current and prospective Trustees with the understanding that they will require in order to serve the needs their communities.
