Organisation
Autism and Me World identifies three fundamental areas that are crucial to supporting autistic individuals: understanding autism and recognising challenges in daily living, addressing co-existing mental health conditions, and supporting education and employment prospects. The service offers holistic assessments and uses the information gathered to develop personalised care plans tailored to each individual’s unique needs.
Autism and Me World provides a comprehensive range of in-house support, delivered by dedicated volunteers. This includes assistance with everyday tasks such as paying bills, shopping, and cooking, as well as support for managing mental health challenges and reducing anxiety. In addition, the organisation works closely with service users to identify their strengths, build on existing skills, and create improved opportunities for employment.
