Volunteer Assistant
Role details and requirements
The Volunteer Assistant will support One Walsall by managing the volunteer inbox, registering new volunteers and volunteer opportunities and working with individuals to identify and match them with suitable volunteering opportunities.
Key Tasks under direction of Volunteer Centre Manager:
• Support with telephone calls and emails for volunteering as directed.
• Work to keep volunteer registrations and opportunities up to date on the CRM system.
• Attend and/organise volunteering events with the Office Manager.
• Support with office administrative systems including filing & electronic records & data entry.
• Supporting general administrative requirements of the whole organisation.
