Background Our Community Matters project aims to invest over £5M into the Black Country between 2016 and 2019 enabling 2,800 people to achieve their potential and move closer to the employment market through a variety of tailored and holistic provision.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Database Support Officer who will ensure the smooth running of our Management Information System (MIS) and its development over the course of the programme.
You will be responsible for data cleansing, undertaking audits of the MIS and providing support to MIS users. You will assist the Community Matters Programme Management Team in preparing data and financial information for the completion of grant claims to the Big Lottery. You will have the ability to input, interpret, analyse and organise large volumes of complex data into a usable format. You will have excellent IT and problem solving skills with an eye for detail.
