The Early Help service aims to provide key training to support multi agency professionals in their everyday work with families, including those families in need of Early Help services. The training offer is regularly under review through our locality working panels and meetings and we welcome your comments and feedback.
Early Help Lead Professional and MARF Training
Who is the training for?
This training is aimed at any professionals working with children and young people.
What will I learn?
- The training will provide professionals with the knowledge and skills to become a confident Lead Professional for children and young people.
- The training will include providing you with a working understanding of how to assess risk and vulnerabilities, how to make an effective assessment and plan, including ensuring the voice of the child is at the centre of the process and how to ‘pull on’ other services for support.
- The training will also provide you with an opportunity to meet with School Support Advisors to understand their role and the role of Locality Panels.
