The Walsall Talking Therapies Service are holding a briefing session on Friday 26 January 2018
1pm—3pm for you to learn about what the service offer and how to refer into them.
The Walsall Talking Therapies Service supports people with depression and anxiety symptoms. Help can be offered to people aged 17 and over who are registered with a Walsall GP. Talking therapy is a type of treatment that involves talking to a practitioner/therapist about your thoughts and feelings to help manage depression and anxiety symptoms. The purpose of this type of treatment is to help you understand your feelings and behaviour better and to look at ways these can be changed to generate a positive outcome.
